Being grown up isn't half as fun as growing up:
These are the best days of our lives.
The only thing that matters,is just following your heart
and eventually you'll finally get it right.
Man,do i miss the old days!
The days when you earned money by washing your parents car and spent that money on lollies and pokemon cards.
The days when the teachers had your whole week organised..
When a hard days work meant building bike tracks with your friends until the street lights turned on.
The days when wasting you're money on concert tickets and merch didn't interfer with bills!
The cool Saturday mornings before weekend sports...when you actually woke up early enough.
Rocket Power,The Rugrats,Ninja Turtles,Hey Arnold,Scooby Doo!
The days when the only time a boy had hurt you was by punching you in the arm...and even then it was because he liked you(yeah i still don't get that either).
The days when nothing mattered,nothing was serious.
When you're mum fixed your wounds with a band-aid,
and your dad made your whole day better with an ice-cream...
If only life stayed that simple forever.
I always thought when you're older you know what you're supposed to do and where you're life is going to take you but obviously i didn't read the contract properly.
Oh well,this is half of the fun i guess...not knowing what's next and who's waiting for you around the corner=)
